February 29, 2020 - Wow! What a cab. Sweet fruit held in check by acidity. Very driven/energetic midpalate. Plenty of fruit substance.
This was still youthful and should hold 5+ years. That said try it tonight if you have one and you won’t be disappointed!

January 2, 2016 - Colour is well past the "bloom of youth" as tinges of brick red are appearing. An earthy blackcurrant and blackberry nose backed up with smooth oak and just a hint of prune. Full bodied; it's a little chunky and porty. Just a little too sweet and ripe for a higher rating. Still, not bad for a Cabernet in a hot year from a warm region.

January 14, 2011 - Deep red in colour, mint, plum and blackberry are evident on the nose. The palate shows ripe dark fruits that are bound by a balanced but firm tannin structure. The wine finishes with excellent persistence and pleasing rich oak influences.

May 2, 2010 - Australia Trip: Tasted in the winery. A big wine, bold fruit flavors. Needs aging; huge tannins. Hopefully in another 3-5 years this will be drinking marvelously. (Doris 87)
