Palate - strawberries, vanilla, full bodied, dry tannins and heat at finish.
Conclusion - it's OK. -

October 28, 2004 - Bindi Tasting 2004 (Brisbane): Dark red purple. Powerful strawberry, plum and earth aromas continue on palate. Finishes a little short without as much tannin as the '96 Original. Well balanced and lovely drinking.
