March 9, 2024 - Nicely aged Pinot with quite some complexity.
The bouquet has a touch smokiness, some earthiness and truffles but also more darker fruit.
I would finish remaining bottles over the next few years.

August 8, 2021 - Decanted earlier in the day as there is residual lees.
A well balanced pinot that has aged well. Good berry fruit and smooth tannins. Has body and aging has helped.

January 6, 2019 - Give this a short while to get some air and wake up then it was wuite a rich mature example of NZ Pinot, lovely drinking

April 15, 2018 - Aged Martinborough Pinot at its best. This is a really nice wine in very good condition. Still quite bright and red in colour, very vibrant and a good sign of things to come. The nose has developed dark fruit characters with some spice. The palate is fine with lovely fruit flavours of cranberry, redcurrant and blackberry. Really good length on the finish with some lip smacking acidity. Bloody nice Pinot.
