December 16, 2022 - 1/1. Deep golden color, looking aged. Smells like dried apricot and mango, honey, sourdough, petrol, lime, pear, wet rocks. Medium body, medium (-) acid and finish, with flavors of apricot, pear, honey, lime, peach. Tasty, and with complexity, but needs acidity.

January 3, 2022 - Delicious apricot marmalade with zesty orange peel and a nice lively acidity which paired so well with sushi, mild petrol and a creamy texture with some baked apple crisp on the finish. Suspect it's in a perfect drinking window now.

October 7, 2017 - A nose of citrus and spice, medium straw in color. A light bodied white, with apple, citrus, decent acidity and spice on finish, a bit past it’s prime. www.winelx.com

(Studert-Prum Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spatlese) #3; COLOR-golden; NOSE-some great apple coming through; a little sugar cane; a little burnt tire going on; rubber and petrol action; PALATE-nice crisp acidity; very beautiful apple flavors; some peaches; a little fig; a little spritzy; nice acidity, but very light and easy drinking; nice crisp and clean; very nice wine; nice complexity for a light wine; WS-90; GV-90
