June 14, 2019 - Burgundy Dinner with Friends: What a treat, this bottle was in perfect condition. A complete wine drinking at peak, savory with some saline and sweet notes in balance. This is very fine, drinking like a baby Montrachet, not as long but the completeness and complexity are there.

September 28, 2018 - Drouhin Clos des Mouches Vertical Dinner (+) with the Drouhins (S.K.Y. Restaurant - Chicago IL): In 99/00/04 flight. Elegantly floral with apple and pear start-to-finish. Bright and vibrant with lots of tension. My favorite of the flight.

September 8, 2016 - Best I can ever recall for this wine, really impressive. Nicely mature baked apple with some lemon peel hints. Very good concentration, with an almost unctuous richness and lush textures, with the acidity to maintain freshness. Drank over 2 hours, length kept improving.
