March 9, 2019 - La Paulée de New York Gala Dinner (Pier Sixty - New York NY): Small lgass, brief note. Fully mature red fruit with faint spice and equal volume of earth and mushroom. slightly dirty, but in the good way. Charming.

March 18, 2017 - Surprisingly good condition with beautiful ruby color, nice acidity, integrated tannins producing balanced structure. Aromas of sous bois, secondary dark fruit, light spices, violets. It opened with tones of copper anode like minerality but these softened to licorice, ash and cured game. The upper slope positioning in Clos Vougeot shining through with this wine.
