July 8, 2014 - Nebbiolo: Pane di segale, china, infuso di erbe amare, lontani echi fruttati, terra e ferro. Molto fine per essere un Fara, come si fosse sfoltito dal peso della maturità. Ben piazzato su un'acidità agrumata di tamarindo che lascia spazio ad un'irruente e classica mineralità da alto piemonte. Splendido quanto raro vino.
