January 15, 2012 - Melons and stone fruit scents. Melon flavor with a hint of creamy oak. Very nice pairing with the Shrimp boil.

April 1, 2011 - Tasted after the Sonoma County Chardonnay. Slightly deeper gold color with a much more intense nose. Lots of green banana, ripe apple and even a touch of coconut on the nose with similar tastes in the mouth. Not overly complex with a sweaty hot finish (14.4%). Notes of butterscotch and vanilla to smooth it all out.
