  January 20, 2012 - Wild wine. Nose full of dark cherry, smoke and leather. Palate has the unmistakable flavor of a charcoal barbecue just ignited with lighter fuel. Yes, cherry, leather and chocolate are all there, but I can't shake the flavor of charcoal briquettes. Tannins are easy, soft and round. Overall, very interesting but I can't see drinking this with any frequency.
