June 9, 2013 - Light ruby red with aromas of raspberries and strawberries. It was ligth, acidic and had red berry flavors on the palate. It had a short, clean after taste.

October 30, 2012 - fresh and juicy, initially not unlike Loire Cab Franc. Vibrant red fruit, mineral and a touch floral. very mouthwatering. Gamay, Cab Franc and Pinot Noir all rolled up into one. but in reality its Corvina, Rodinella and Molinara. I'm quite fond of this wine.

September 22, 2012 - A “non-Valpolicella” blend of mostly Corvina, followed by Rondinella and Molinara. Maybe they add a few others? I’m not sure about the laws up there. Some candied fruit. Don’t mind that it’s young; this is intended to be drunk within a couple years. Paired this with home-made potato-ricotta gnocchi in a butter cream sage sauce , BBQ chicken, and julienned summer veggies.

July 17, 2012 - nice light wine; easy drinker; very versatile in pairing combinations. Not an overly complex wine but a good Tuesday night wine. Can pair well across types of food. Paired with a cold salmon, tomato and white bean salad with fresh herbs. Served slightly chilled. Pop and pour. Drink now; not likely to get better. Day 2 resulted in most fruit flavor being gone; this is definitely a drink day 1. In summary would be a good pair for pizza or hamburgers.

December 18, 2011 - Light red color. Reserved nose of tobacco and red fruit - very pretty. Tingly acidity and a light body with decent concentration of flavors. Great value at $10, and I'm glad I could try something from the region. Google "bardolino photos" and you'll wish you could go for a visit.
