    March 15, 2020 - Drinking very well now. Amazing nose. Flavor truly opened up as bottle was being consumed... worth taking your time here.

    February 28, 2020 - Amazingly young in colour, still with hints of green. Small, persisitent bubbles. First somewhat reductive, but that blows away after a minute or so. Nose dominated by green apples, lime, and a fascinating hint of flower nectar (not honey, but that nectar you can taste in some flowers). After a while, also a slight mineral tone. The mouth is - as always with DP - extremely creamy and caressing. Full bodied, but still very elegant, taste of lime and green apples with a grapelike bitterness at the end. Beautiful balance between acidity, sweetness and that bitter tone. Very long. Tasted together with Cristal 02, and the DP is smoother, more inviting, but still a serious wine. At it's peak now? I don't know, I think this will keep for at least a decade, and probably gain even more complexity overthe years. Still, perfect to drink now.
