July 15, 2022 - Color is quite pronounced, made me worried about oxydation, but no premox at all here, nose is quite neutral, small small of pineapple, mango, exotic fruit, typical of a hot year. Flavour lacks acidity and minerality, no salinity, closer to a cote de beaune style. Not very long, a good wine as it is quite reasonably priced, but nothing excemptional here, not the level of a grand cru. 89 max max.

June 12, 2021 - Fine Wines SG - White Burgundy Grand Cru Discovery Pack (Fine Wines SG): Medium yellow, gold hue, fairly viscous, and day bright. Nose rather subtle, while stronger flavoured on the palate, with dried candied apricot and pineapple, as well as butter cream, cinnamon, white pepper, honey, mild cheese, and a slight mineral rocky feel. Weighty, yet strongly acidic, and also a bit of alcohol heat. Very long finish and complex

June 12, 2021 - FWSG semi-blind tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Good to taste this again with an additional year of evolution. And it has improved!
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, yellow gold colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of ripe citrus lemon, golden yellow melon, ripe pear, hints of pineapple, stony minerality, wet rocks saline, toasty oak spice. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of rich citrus lemon, lemon tart, bits of exotic yellow melon and peach, ripe pear, saline stones minerality underlying, bits of integrated hazelnut toast oak with spice and cream. Long salivary finish.
Very good quality. Developing very well and complex. Value for money Chablis Grand Cru.

August 1, 2020 - FWSG blind tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour going slight gold. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of ripe citrus lemon, golden yellow melon, hints of pineapple, stony minerality, wet rocks/river stoners/tidal pool. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of ripe citrus lemon, lemon tart, bits of exotic yellow melon, saline stones minerality underlying. Long salivary finish.
Very good quality. Quite obvious Chablis with that minerality profile, but in a ripe vintage. Southeast facing probably playing to the advantage of this plot in this vintage. Drinking nicely now, and should continue to do so over the next 3-4 years.

February 29, 2020 - Fine Wines SG - Chablis Tasting (Fine Wines SG): Pale lemon, with a good brightness. Pronounced aromas of white florals and lemon tart. A fresh zingy acidity and with intense lemon curd flavours. Good persistence despite the acids. Pretty nice. Seems to be a better bottle than last tasted
