Community Tasting Notes 3

February 15, 2015 - Moderate development, good clean juicy palate. Not a huge impression, but a solid enjoyable Riesling with plenty of years left in it.

January 17, 2015 - Riesling Refresher 2015: Musk, florals and grapefruit. Strong acid presence, nice and precise, although a little more depth would be better.

August 17, 2010 - Light golden straw colour. Nose is Vaseline petroleum jelly, acacia flowers on a warm summer night, honeysuckle and chalk. Palate is nice sharp dry acidic attack with chalky minerals and followed by light honeysuckle and white flowers. Some length and resonance and leaves a very refreshing aftertaste. Very good indeed.
