  March 17, 2012 - war gestern Abend nicht der Reißer, lag aber vielleicht auch an meiner Verfassung. Mir fehlte die Säure, der Wein wirkte schon sehr reif, zwar dicht und voller Fruchtaromen und viel Extrakt, in der nase fast schon überbordend, aber in der Mitte am Gaumen dann wr ein Gefühl der Leere und der Nachhall war auch nicht wirklich lang. Vor allem Finesse, Präzision, rieslingstypische Mineralität ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig.

  January 29, 2012 - Elegant, almost exotic fruit but lacking acidity to back up the richness of the palate. Still enjoyable though and a good summer wine.

  February 10, 2011 - Quite nice. Very oily, mature fruit and very open, powerful aromas almost spicy, picked up a strong element of wax? Still good on day 2, but totally dead on day 3. Different from other rieslings, but in a nice way. Could be lifted with intelligent food pairing.
