July 25, 2020 - Green apple nose with hints of Brioche, those notes carried through on the palate but a warmness. Medium bodied with well balanced acidity and moderate length finish.

January 12, 2016 - Very lively palate, with lemon and tart green apple giving way to chalky mineral and bitter orange zest. Vinified in oak barrels and it shows in the wonderfully creamy yet effervescent mid-palate, and in the bit of buttered toast on the long tingly finish. Lovely texture and balance. Top stuff. 50-50 Chardonnay/Pinot Noir from Lieu-dit Les Blanchiens (which has replaced Fleur de Mareuil as the current name of this bottling). No dosage, I believe.

November 3, 2013 - Citrus, lime and green apple nose with those notes carried through on the palate but adding a light creaminess. Medium bodied with well balanced acidity and moderate length finish.
