Monday, August 20, 2012 - NY/NJ Offline at Aureole 8.20.12 (Aureole, NYC): Moderately yeasty nose with ripe notes of pear, apple and stone fruits. Lots of fruit on the palate with some vanilla and creme brûlée oak notes. Medium body, medium fine bubbles, high acidity and a medium long to long finish. Very nice.
