Thursday, June 23, 2016 - Even better than the previous tasting note. Has surpassed the finesse and body that a Chevalier Montrachet can offer. Has this unique combination of terroir, dried apricot, Madagascar pure vanilla and toast. Creamy, silky and robust. Is approaching its apogee, and will last for 5 years thereafter. Very expensive, but worth every sip. Convinced even the most snobby red Bordeaux drinkers around the table. An art.

9/21/2017 11:14:00 AM - Agree completely.....was at the Chateau with the Cathiards twice this month. The '12 was very nice, but to me the '07 was the clear winner. Surprised me on the second trip to have an '11 that was almost a dead ringer for the '07!
