Saturday, October 21, 2017 - The best wine I've had. Six hours decant but opened up more after a total of 8 hours in glass/decanter. It evolved from truffles, fruits and earth to perfumes. What a nose! But the story here is about the palate and the finish! So delicious and coats your mouth for more than one minute! The balance and the structure of this wine is second to none. What a bottle!
