Monday, June 10, 2019 - Sour cherry with a bite. That's basically it. Complexity, depth, sangiovese forrest flavours are all almost completely absent. The acidity is dominant, but it is still a juicy red, amazingly light in colour and with a tannic ending. Avoid partnering with food that has a sweet component. It might go well with a somewhat sour tomato sauce.
