Saturday, July 27, 2019 - Floral and fruity nose full of citrus fruit, honey, and lily flowers; acidic and fruity on the palate, citrus fruits, roasted nuts and toasts, yeasts, and wet pebbles; long finish with lasting fine bubbles; overall, 91-92 points at this stage; should evolve further in a few more years; tasted at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London.
