Wednesday, March 24, 2021 - Damask dark plum-red - just beginning to fade at edge, no browning.
Nose: rich black berry fruits: blackberry, mulberry, blackcurrant; some liquorice, some spice (mace), apple and cloves. Nedium-full, tannins softened, good depth and width of flavour (see above). What I want in a Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Great length.
