Friday, September 30, 2022 - Medium ruby red in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of red fruit aromas of cherries, raspberries & red plums with overtones of earthy/dusty & floral notes, herbs, minerals, spices, tobacco, tomato leaf & cedar in the background. Medium bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of red cherries, cranberries & mulberries with herbs, some spices, minerals & a hint of oak. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present with decanting & extended airing but should develop further with additional aging. Very good QPR.
