Saturday, October 1, 2022 - On the gentle downslope now. The vibrancy of colour has faded.
With Tuscan meatballs in tomato and chilli sauce first night. It was a little overwhelmed, but tasted good on its own. Acidity waning a bit, fruit still there to a degree.
Second night with steak, the first glass was good, second and final glass fading noticeably. Drink up.
