Monday, October 31, 2022 - A lovely, dry Champagne with good ripe, intense golden fruits and aged flavors of caramel and spice. Best right out of the bottle and it became very caramel-driven late suggesting full maturity so drink up. Ordered off the list at Chambers, NYC.
