Saturday, November 26, 2022 - All day decant....it needs it
Royal purple in color, full bodied.
Stewed dark fruits. Plum preserves. Hint of mint, and touxh of smokiness. Cigar box.
Wine is sticky, thick, syrupy, and unctuous. Loads of the dark fruit. Dry, and tannins are evident. Medium finish. An interesting taste profile. I like it, but it seems somewhat one dimensional to me. Was hoping for more.

Home made Dino-Bones for dinner tonight...baked potato and string beans by Britt. So damn good.
