Saturday, September 3, 2022 - 12% alcohol; opened at 8 pm on board the Carnival Pride, leaving Le Havre, put in the fridge and tasted 9/4/2022 at 11 am, 15 hours later; composite cork with an aroma of sweetness/cork, moderate pop, numerous medium-size bubbles; nose of candy paste, butterscotch, alcohol; full bodied, long, light mouthfeel, tasted at ca 15 degrees C; medium finish with a grapey, minerally receding taste, good balance of components; tangy, refreshing, with sourness persisting; good depth compelling the tongue to perform its own Fourier analysis; pair with cheese, nuts, other hors d'oeuvres
