Wednesday, January 18, 2023 - Coravin fun - Ch. de Beaucastel (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Richer than the 2007, marzipan, apricot, slight almond meal, sweet spice over a little bees wax, honey and cream. Juicy, fleshy, apricot, again the apricot stone bitterness but more subdued, nominal texture but quite glycerol, a little honey in support, balanced, complete. Lovely and in a good spot.
