  Coravin fun - Brunel Cailloux + ring in s (My place, Burwood): From Coravin. Honeysuckle, ripe stone fruit, wax, touch of nashi pear, honey, marzipan, quite a rich nose. Juicy, fleshy, buttery texture; insinuates itself into the nooks and crannies of the palate like a dollop of cream with stone fruit and honey, long, lush, hints of slight bitter almond on the finish isn't off putting. Lovely.

Juicy, fleshy, apricot, again the apricot stone bitterness but more subdued, nominal texture but quite glycerol, a little honey in support, balanced, complete. Lovely and in a good spot.

  New Offline Venue Recce Dinner @ Blacklock City; 9/15/2021-9/16/2021: Deeper golden colour than the 07 Clos de Papes which preceded it. On the nose rich and honeyed, which continues onto the palate. A kind of pineapple, almost pina-colada quality to it, reminiscent of the most turbocharged Cali chardonnays. Really lovely wine - better balanced than the rest of this note makes it sound.

In the mouth it's rather splendid, fleshy, juicy acidity keeps thing fresh, a little almond skin bitterness joins the fruit, cream and sweet spice. Stunningly good. Wowser. In an exceedingly good spot.
