Tuesday, March 28, 2023 - I thought the wine was really nice, well balanced with typical chardonnay notes of green apple and lemon. Balanced dosage in my wheelhouse at 3g/L. However, the precision and detail of the Venus in 2015 is in my opinion worth the big step up. I didn't feel that this wine much outperformed the mineral for example
