Saturday, April 29, 2023 - Yet another wonderful bottle of ‘85 Dom Pérignon. Excellent spray of pinpoint bubbles. Beautiful complex aroma of brown butter and croissant. Full bodied and creamy with a moderately long finish. While the bubbles disappeared over time the flavor did not.
