Saturday, May 27, 2023 - Memorial Madness at Case de Chris y Melissa - Day 1 of 2: Another first for me. This wine was in a very good spot for me. Lovely! Good balance, fruit was ever present, some secondary notes of baked spices and herbs. Sign me up for this producer! Thank you for letting us taste this Jason (IRBDW)!

5/31/2023 9:50:00 AM - How long did you decant this? It’s is surprisingly drinking so well out of PnP would be curious of your thoughts with only an 1-2 hours of air Vs my guess is a much longer decant? I am asking MC the same question as for your palates it would make a difference.
