Friday, July 7, 2023 - Consumed over 2 days, rescrewed and refrigerated, note from day 2. Appearance: Clear, medium lemon. Nose: Clean, medium intensity with aromas of green apple, pear, and steel with subtle licorice hints. Palate: Dry, pronounced acid, medium intensity, medium + body, 13.6% abv with flavors of green apple, pear, and saline with a medium + finish. Still quite youthful with many years left, slightly out of balance, tartness dominates, to my palate. Can drink now or or over next 5+ years.
