The balanced citrus acidity, creamy leesy textures and notes of sea brine worked so well with the fresh variety from Taylor Shellfish Farms in Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne location. ( plates including raw bar shigoku oysters, geoduck clam sashimi, grilled pacific oysters w/ miso, mussels in a poblano wine sauce and seared ahi ).
