Wednesday, February 28, 2024 - Bouillabaisse night at the wedge (Wanaka Wedge House, Queensberry, Central Otago, New Zealand): Tasted after the AIX rose 2022, this came across as lighter and brighter, with a lovely acid pin-prick quality to the wine. Pale salmon, mineral, red fruits, balanced, structure, with excellent clarity.
