Monday, March 25, 2024 - Reading my previous note and some of the other contributions, I felt like I should add a new note.

This wine is evolving gracefully. There is a definitely some tertiary notes coming through now, but for me the primary fruit is still present, and the secondary elements remain. The evolution is excellent and if you want to try a wine (shiraz) at 25 or 30 years of age, I reckon this will be a good candidate. That is what I am aiming for - the next bottle in 4 or 5 years.
