Friday, March 29, 2024 - Frey's Cat Ranch (Somewhere in the Northern Burbs, MN): Very dark red color. Slow O for a couple of hours. Drank a glass over an hour plus. This still feels rather youthful, full bodied, cassis, lacquer, oaky, moderte tannins, not a lot of finesse.
