Thursday, November 26, 2009 - I assume (hope) that this bottle is flawed. On the first night, slightly effervescent, bitter, oily, with nondescript citrus and some off-putting, non-Gewurtz spice. Second and third days, strong bitter grapefruit, harsh acidity, though more floral, lychee, and citrus varietal notes. Did not improve over the next week. Reserving score (70) -- have several more bottles.
