Sunday, May 23, 2010 - The Blind Drunks monthly tasting (Joe's): Garnet/crimson color. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, tobacco, bell pepper and with air, lavender. Fine-grained tannins with flavors of dark fruit black cherry, currants and berries. Good length on the finish, with spice and herb nuances. Guessed cab from either Sonoma or a cooler Napa site.
