Monday, May 8, 2006 - Lauber German wine tasting (tribeca grill): WOW 25-28 brix (75g of RS) and it tastes perfectly balanced...this is a BUY...Christian threw me off the horse when i said this is BA weight... he was right - in Rheinhau 28.9 is the minimum for BA... but in MSR this would have been a BA! :)
