Thursday, November 25, 2010 - Note from day 2...corked in fridge overnight. Nice gold hue. Enticing aroma of cinnamon and spice on peaches. Complex palate has honey, petrol, clove, apple, fig, orange, menthol. Not particularly food friendly, but very interesting. An intellectual wine.
