Tuesday, December 28, 2010 - 2007 Burgundies: Ruby in color, clear and bright. The nose has cherries and sour cherries. It is tight but opened slightly with air. Slightly sweet on the palate turning tart on the finish. Does seem riper than most and with an underlying complexity.
