Thursday, March 10, 2011 - Manchester Wine Society Red Burgundy (Withington Golf Club): a more conventional nose. lots of attractive elements but they are a little subdued and have to be coaxed out of the glass. the palate is excellent, better than the besancenot, really silky smooth. i think this is a little shut down right now and would like to taste again in a year or two.
