Thursday, August 18, 2011 - (11.5%) Faintest yellow in color, almost translucent (or is it the sunlight?). Bright citrus on the nose. On opening the fine bubbles almost remind me of Cremant. Quickly though the bright acidity shines through with tart lemon and hints of grapefruit. The acidity remains firm on this one throughout until lingering away on a dry, crisp, refreshing finish. My first experience with Hondarrabi Zuri.
