Stone and citrus on the nose, and very pronounced (lime)stone on the palate; short finish. A nicely dry fizzy wine that was an excellent match for seafood paella(, less the shrimp shell).

(11.5%) Faintest yellow in color, almost translucent (or is it the sunlight?). Bright citrus on the nose. On opening the fine bubbles almost remind me of Cremant. Quickly though the bright acidity shines through with tart lemon and hints of grapefruit. The acidity remains firm on this one throughout until lingering away on a dry, crisp, refreshing finish. My first experience with Hondarrabi Zuri.

Port4olio Tasting (O Hotel, LA): Lean and tart. Very bright and fresh acids. Could use a bit more fruit expression but it hits the palate in a very nice way.
