Thursday, October 20, 2011 - Serious Condrieu that may stand extended aging. Lots of toasted oak (50% new) - hazel nuts, honeysuckle, Lovely balance and texture. Some oak tannins. Needs another year or two to see where it is going. Yves Cuilleron is convinced this will age for a couple of decades...
