Thursday, October 6, 2011 - Mike on Tour (Bibou - Philadelphia PA): really lovely, but overwhelmed by the food (bone marrow) -- not a classic pairing, you might say -- we basically had most wines matched up and convinced ourselves this might work (nope!). Still, the class of this wine showed through. Nice mulled apple with white spice notes. med (+) finish.
