Monday, March 28, 2011 - an extremely pretty, highly perfumed wine. There’s a jube like quality to the sweet cherry fruits (a la 2000) and it possesses an ethereal floral smell. It appears relatively simple, generous and plump with soft acidity but cuddling up to it over an hour or two there are some complex savoury/earthy, mossy traits that come to the fore and there’s a little underlying muscle from the tannins.
