Thursday, November 24, 2011 - Gorgeous aromatics on this wine! Lychees dominate, with slight hints of orange and minor toasted notes. The aromas carry through to the palate which adds in a nice layer of palate cleansing minerality. Paired with jamon serrano wrapped shrimp with Petite Basque and Idiazabal cheeses.
