Thursday, November 24, 2011 - Terrific Blanc de Blancs. Very light and airy, like whipped meringue. Good purity. Very light and white/clear fruited, like the Hebrart Brut that we've been opening all year as one of our house Champagnes, but this is airier. Thanksgiving at our house, 2011.
