Saturday, December 31, 2011 - Only five months after tasting this for the first time since its release, i was a little disappointed. The nose and flavor components on the palate were about the same as in July, but the texture seemed more austere, and the finish seemed a lot shorter. Don't know if it was bottle variation or my variation, but it could not have gone so far downhill in only five months. I guess time will tell.
